CapVal, LLC can provide various levels of service dependent upon the requirements of the situation. Wherever possible, we try to provide fixed prices for our services as a part of the engagement process, so there are no surprises for either our clients or ourselves. When we find that financial information requires substantial additional work to make it usable, we do charge additional amounts based upon the time involved and with the approval of our clients. Valuation fees are usually payable at a minimum of 60% of the fixed-fee amount upon engagement with the balance due upon delivery of a draft of the descriptive sections of our report, excluding the valuation conclusion. Litigation support services are billed on an hourly basis, and all fees to date must be paid prior to testimony.
