Mr. Diallo is a Director at CapVal-American Business Appraisers, LLC. He specializes in the valuation of businesses and underlying intangible assets for a variety of purposes to include financial reporting, merger and acquisition analysis, fairness opinions, financing, and litigation support. Mr. Diallo also has a strong background in operational consulting, financial analysis, international financial management and project management. IP appraisals include: trademarks, patents, software and in-process research and development. Additional valuation analysis includes economic damages. Prior to joining CapVal, Mr. Diallo was Director with Finlogic, a boutique accounting, appraisal, and consulting firm located in the greater Atlanta area.

He also worked more than 8 years as a business valuation analyst with a nationwide business valuation company. During that time he performed multiple valuation and financial analysis engagements for companies in various industries such as banking and other financial companies, software, manufacturing, Internet, transportation, bio-tech, telecommunications, and fast moving consumer goods industries.

Mr. Diallo earned a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Dallas. He also hold a MS in economics from “Universite de Nantes”, France. He is a member of the American Economic Association and NACVA.
